These Terms govern your use of Boundless You ("we", "our", "us"), including access to our website, coaching services, and platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

Section 1

Nature of Services

Boundless You provides coaching services designed to support clarity, decision-making, and personal and professional development.

Coaching is:

  • A facilitative process
  • Focused on helping you think clearly and act intentionally

Coaching is not:

  • Therapy or counselling
  • Medical or psychological treatment
  • Financial or legal advisory
  • Business consulting or execution support

You are solely responsible for all decisions and actions taken.

Section 2

Client Responsibility

You agree to:

  • Participate honestly and actively
  • Take responsibility for your decisions and actions
  • Engage with the process seriously

Results depend on your level of engagement. No specific outcomes are guaranteed.

Section 3

Programme Structure

Boundless You offers structured programmes including:

  • The Forum - short-term clarity engagement
  • Life Direction Redesign™ - long-term coaching journey
  • Domain-specific coaching across various areas

Each programme follows a defined process focused on: Clarity → Direction → Action

Section 4

Bookings & Sessions

  • Sessions are scheduled through the platform
  • You are responsible for selecting and attending sessions

Rescheduling

  • Rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours in advance
  • Missed sessions may be forfeited at the coach's discretion
Section 5

Fees & Payments

  • All fees must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed
  • Fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated

You are investing in the process and engagement - not guaranteed outcomes.

Section 6

Cancellation & Termination

Boundless You reserves the right to:

  • Refuse or terminate engagement if misalignment occurs
  • Discontinue services in cases of inappropriate behaviour

Clients may choose to discontinue, but no refunds will be provided for unused sessions.

Section 7

Confidentiality

All personal information shared during coaching is treated as confidential. However, confidentiality may be limited:

  • Where required by law
  • Where there is risk of harm

Coaches may maintain notes for continuity and quality.

Section 8

Limitation of Liability

Boundless You is not liable for:

  • Decisions made by clients
  • Actions taken based on coaching
  • Any direct or indirect consequences

You acknowledge that you are responsible for your own outcomes.

Section 9

Intellectual Property

All content, frameworks, and materials provided are the intellectual property of Boundless You. You may not copy, distribute, reproduce, or commercialise any materials without written permission.

Section 10

Platform Usage

You agree to:

  • Use the platform respectfully
  • Not misuse or disrupt services
  • Not engage in harmful or unethical conduct
Section 11

Multi-Coach Platform

Boundless You operates as a structured coaching platform. Coaches are independent professionals who operate within the Boundless You framework. Boundless You ensures coach selection standards and process consistency.

Section 12

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of updated Terms.

Section 13

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
