Helping high-performers release what the nervous system is holding - through the intersection of ancient Indian wisdom and modern science.
Ishita's journey did not follow a straight line. Life knocked her down more than once. In the space that followed, she pursued makeup artistry - and found herself on the runways of London and Paris fashion weeks, successful in a world few reach. But life redirected her again, and this time she understood why: she was meant to become a voice that educates and uplifts.
That calling led her deep into the ancient Indian wisdom traditions - the yogic philosophies that have quietly underpinned human wellbeing for centuries and that she believes hold the answers to most of modern life's struggles. Jnana (the path of self-awareness), Bhakti (self-surrender), Raja (self-control), and Karma (conscious action) - together they form a framework for the whole human being, not just the thinking mind.
Today, Ishita works with people who have achieved outward success but feel the gap between thought and action - people whose nervous systems are running on overdrive and whose bodies are carrying more than they should. She brings the tools of yoga therapy, breath-work, and conscious movement together with an understanding of nervous system physiology to help them build change that lasts.
Ishita's philosophy is straightforward: change does not happen through force. It happens when the nervous system feels safe enough to release the patterns it built to protect you. The body holds the story. Until the body is included in the process, change remains intellectual - not embodied, and not lasting.
She works at the intersection of yogic philosophy, breath-work, and conscious movement - grounded in nervous system physiology and anatomy. The result is an approach that is not working on you, but with you - treating the body as an intelligent system, not a problem to be fixed.
Ishita does her deepest work with people who have already tried the conventional routes and found them incomplete. Her ideal clients are those who:

“A healthy mind and a healthy body go hand in hand, and my session with Ishita truly brought both together. Through a blend of spirituality, self-reflection, and yoga, the experience felt deeply grounding. After the session I felt an incredible sense of calm and stillness - both mentally and physically. What followed was even more powerful: a clear, focused mind and the ability to take decisive action. I found myself recognising and seizing opportunities with clarity.”
“We collaborated with Ishita for chakra-based yoga sessions as part of our employee wellness programme, and the impact was clearly visible. Her sessions were thoughtfully structured, combining practical techniques with simple explanations around energy balance and well-being. The feedback from employees consistently highlighted how calm, balanced, and mentally refreshed they felt. I would highly recommend her for both corporate and individual wellness journeys.”
“Ishita guided me through the Kriya process with great clarity and attention. Her instructions were simple to follow, and she ensured I understood both the preparation and the post-practice aspects thoroughly. Throughout the process, she was supportive and present, which made the entire experience smooth and comfortable. Her passion, knowledge, and dedication to yoga truly reflect in the way she teaches and guides others.”
